Low mood can make it hard to connect any kind of meaning to life. It can mean that even the simplest tasks feel difficult or overwhelming. It can make people withdraw from loved ones and things that matter to them. It can damage relationships and make us feel totally alone. Of course, it involves a great deal of suffering.
MY APPROACHES TO WORKING WITH MOOD DISORDERS AND EMOTIONAL ISSUES:
There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. After a careful assessment we will combine forces - you will provide as much information as you can about the ways you are suffering, what has helped, and what has not helped, and I will provide my psychological knowledge and experience, and of course - support!
